Core Responsibilities:
- Resident Relations: Engage proactively with residents by greeting and providing property tours upon arrival, addressing requests, and managing recovery opportunities.
- Unit Status & Preparation: Maintain daily communication with the operations team to ensure proper unit preparation in alignment with guest arrivals.
- Housekeeping Management: Oversee coordination with the third-party housekeeping team for furnished unit move-ins, weekly check-outs, linen distribution, amenities/toiletries setup, and welcome packet preparation.
- Linen Management: Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality and Resident Experience to manage linen operations for furnished units, including inventory control, quality assurance, and distribution.
- Towel Management: Work closely with third-party laundry services and the Resident Manager to ensure an adequate supply of towels for gym and pool areas.
- Home goods Management: Partner with the Head of Hospitality and Resident Experience to ensure furnished units are equipped with home goods, properly placed in each unit prior to guest arrival.
- Cleaning & Maintenance Oversight: Oversee prompt and efficient cleaning of vacant furnished units during tight turnover periods, ensuring timely completion in accordance with client check-in requests.
- Inspection & Repairs: Conduct inspections of furnished units to assess cleanliness and identify necessary repairs. Ensure timely and efficient repair services to address guest concerns.
- Supply & Amenity Management: Manage inventory of supplies and amenities for corporate units, including bathroom products, coffee, dish soap, etc.
- Inventory Management: Perform bi-weekly and/or monthly inventories and submit supply orders for General Manager approval based on pre-established par levels.
- Final Inspections & Key Coordination: Conduct final inspections of units prior to guest check-in and coordinate key pick-up procedures.
- Concierge Coordination: Provide the concierge team with comprehensive arrival details for the week and ensure a seamless check-in process for all residents.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; management or supervisory experience preferred.
- A minimum of four years of experience in housekeeping or laundry operations, ideally within a hotel environment of similar size and complexity.
- Some college education preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push or pull approximately 200 pounds, and frequently engage in standing, moving, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and third-party vendors, representing the property and company in a professional manner.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and basic mathematics, including budgeting and financial principles.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and training capabilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
