WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
  • Review work-order records and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisors on work-order status to address tenant inquiries.
  • Communicate extermination schedules and other maintenance services to tenants.

SCHEDULE

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm


COMPENSATION

  • $18.00 / hour
  • with an annual bonus that is tied to performance
Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in property management (preffered but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
