About The Role
Relay Payments is seeking a data-driven, revenue-centric Growth Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing outbound programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within targeted segments, accounts, and contacts. This role will support and drive ROI across various marketing programs, including account based marketing, customer referral programs, strategic content marketing, paid search, direct mail, paid social, and other strategic initiatives outlined by the executive team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience executing multi-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition and be highly data-driven in making decisions and presenting results. You will be responsible for generating new leads for our sales team and working closely with the revenue team to coordinate programs, content, and track performance. A successful candidate will be results-driven, sales-focused, and able to test new demand generation tactics while creating a program that scales efficiently. Reporting directly to the President and co-founder, this role requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, versatile environment.

- Develop and execute demand generation strategies across multiple traditional and digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, direct mail, Account Based Marketing, strategic content marketing and customer referral programs to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
- Optimize inbound lead flow processes, from lead capture to landing page creation and seamless integration with CRM systems, ensuring efficient lead management and nurturing.
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns and partner marketing initiatives targeting enterprise carriers, driving growth and engagement while aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies, maximizing impact across the sales funnel and delivering measurable results.
- Leverage high-profile sponsorships, including NASCAR, and analyze campaign performance to optimize brand visibility, engagement, and ROI.
- Monitor and own key performance metrics, such as MQLs, SQLs, Marketing-Initiated Opportunities, and pipeline health, leveraging insights to refine and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze and optimize the lead lifecycle journey, implementing innovative strategies to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for demand generation campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with marketing operations, content, design, sales, and customer success teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that align with company goals.
