*Duties* - Assist dentists during procedures in various specialties including Prosthodontics and General Dentistry - Perform Four Handed Dentistry techniques effectively - Take and record patients XRAY /dental impressions .Maintain strict infection control protocols in the dental office - MUST BE DANB CERTIFIED.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and efficient workflow.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for various dental procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient information using electronic health record systems.
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients before and during procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed.
- Provide support in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental practice.
- Familiarity with Endodontics procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software systems for patient management.
- Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques to assist effectively during procedures.
- Knowledge of operating 3D scanners for imaging purposes is a plus.
- Ability to maintain organized medical records and manage patient information efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
