The Install Coordinator is accountable for assisting in all aspects of the department: regarding paperwork and data entry and continually improving the efficient operations of all HVAC installations. The hours for this for this role are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM.

The Install Coordinator is accountable for assisting in all aspects of the department: regarding paperwork and data entry and continually improving the efficient operations of all HVAC installations. The hours for this for this role are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate installation appointments directly with sales team.
- Modify quotes and Invoices for jobs and orders.
- Dispatch of installs -Setting out schedules of jobs working closely with HCA and install crews.
- Install Daily Count Reporting
- Create lists and dispatch runners for new and current installs.
- Contacts customers to advise of ETA of technicians and makes post-install follow up calls.
- Provide timely resolutions to customer requests and inquiry.
- Install related light accounting to include but not limited to receiving payment from install crews, writing up and confirming finance contracts, call customers for payment.
- Data entry for equipment registration and entry of model and serial numbers in customer's file.
- Cover other administration duties while fellow team members are on leave.
- Monitor and answer installation department dedicated phone line.
- Safety initiatives – Inform team of updates internally and externally enforce policy.
- Supports the Install Managers /Install Director
- Other duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Strong Initiative to drive growth through superior customer service.
- An interest in working in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service.
- A can-do attitude with a high degree of integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
