Executive Assistant
Due to a well-earned retirement, we are seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director and our Department Directors here at Reliance Community Care Partners! This is an on-site role working a Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm schedule.
What will you do:
- Handle all inquiries and requests intercepted for the leadership team through knowledge and awareness of their functions, activities and responsibilities, assessing the urgency, confidentiality and importance of each inquiry and request.
- Edit/proofread documents prepared as requested, evaluating accuracy and facilitating follow-up and corrections.
- Answer/place telephone calls following standard telephone etiquette, take accurate messages, record/relay accurate information. Reroutes information in Executive Director’s absence to appropriate team member.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and help maintain the calendar for the Executive Director as well as assisting the Executive Director with supporting staff members, coordinating staff meetings, etc.
- Represents Executive Director and Directors in greeting/receiving visitors to the Corporate Office. Oversees maintenance of the physical office and public space at Reliance Community Care Partners. Facilitates set up of office space for new staff.
- Performs Human Resource duties: assists in development/revision of job descriptions and policies; maintain personnel, educational and medical records for staff; and assists in development of offer letters for new staff, etc.
This opportunity requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in office management or a related field
- Administrative office management and/or executive support experience
- Must be highly effective in writing and proofreading skills
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate in both oral and written forms
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio as well as ability to learn other software applications
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service
