Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Pathanamthitta, Thrissur, or Cochin. The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring superior customer service and profitability. This executive-level position requires a minimum of 10 years of work experience in retail management. The successful candidate will manage staff, meet sales goals, and ensure that the store meets company standards. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of operational procedures and store management.
  • Proficiency in Complaint Management to handle customer grievances efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint to generate comprehensive reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Strong customer focus to ensure the store consistently provides a high-quality shopping experience.
  • High level of ownership to take responsibility for store performance and drive initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve store-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effective decision-making abilities to make timely and informed decisions that positively impact store operations.
  • Competence in delegation and follow-up to manage team responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and seamless functioning.
  • Manage and motivate store staff to meet and exceed performance standards and sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and complaint resolution.
  • Monitor stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales to optimize store operations and strategic planning.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train staff on product features, sales techniques, and customer service skills to maintain high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store promotions and events that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with buying team to ensure 100% fill rate at store.
  • Ensure shrinkage on floor is minimized as per company guidelines.
