The Position:
The AVP of Operations will have a unique and exciting role within our organization being a strategic Liaison with our customers helping to address concerns, mitigate challenges and provide thoughtful, well-informed guidance when needed. The incumbent will also build strong relationships with our operational leaders at the facility level, ensuring positive financial, clinical and business outcomes. This role will be highly visible and would be an excellent fit for someone looking to advance to the next tier of their professional career.

Must Haves:
- You must be a licensed therapist (OT, PT, SLP, COTA or PTA).
- You should have at least three years of specific experience and be familiar with CMI and PDPM (patient-driven payment model).
- You must have extensive SNF operations knowledge and multi-customer management experience.

Salary Range:
$120 - $140 (this may be negotiable based on experience)
