Job Description
The Collections Specialist is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization. Duties will include collecting of outstanding accounts and handling customer billing issues.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by contacting customers by phone and email
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
Qualifications:
- 2 years of business to business collections
- Reliable, dependable, motivated and self-driven
- Must have excellent verbal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent customer service and data entry skills
Salary : $25 - $28
