Primary Responsibilities

Perform in-house pump repairs, including:
- Initial assessment and teardown
- Measuring fits and cleaning components
- Specifying parts (e.g., seals) and completing reassembly
- Generating detailed repair reports
- Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical test equipment
- Identify required parts using manufacturer diagrams and assist with procurement
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Participate in weekly team meetings to improve production processes
- Work on pumps of various types and sizes, up to 200 horsepower
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and reliable
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience with pump or motor repair is preferred but not required
