We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
