Essential Functions:
- Performs complex administrative duties, with exposure to highly confidential matters and information
- Serves as the liaison between the President & COO and departments within Ashford and our affiliate companies
- Heavy executive calendar management, coordination of business meetings, reporting, scheduling and daily timekeeping
- Makes travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and car reservations; experience with Costco Travel for obtaining travel quotes, is a plus
- Creates and modifies Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Drafting and editing outgoing emails and memos, on behalf of President & COO
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing records
- Other administrative duties and projects as assigned
- Tracks expenses and prepares expense reports
- May be required to assist with personal tasks as well
- 5 years of executive and administrative experience, to include experience supporting C-Suite Executives.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task and ask for clarification when needed
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize a daily workload based on priorities

- Must be able to travel to various events and meetings as needed
