PRIMARY DUTIES:
This job operates in a clerical office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, copiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally travels between office locations and may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Work requires frequent and prolonged computer use. The employee would be required to lift files, electronic equipment, and bend or stand as necessary. May require occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Provide intermediate support for desktops, laptops, printers and other computer related devices both remotely and onsite across a 20 plus site LAN/WAN environment
- Ability to handle small and large projects, providing status reports to management
- Participate in on call rotation if required
- Provide proper documentation, notification, escalation and follow-up of all incidents via Service Desk application
- Perform other duties and responsibilities and respond to IT Manager as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate corporate and departmental needs.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner; Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
- Proficient in Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Office 365 and its applications
- PC desktop, laptop, printer, and other hardware troubleshooting
- A passion for learning and technology
- Windows 10/11 Operating Systems
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to explain technical terms in a non-technical way
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain technical knowledge thru professional development and networking
- Ethical Conduct and Confidentiality
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP, IIS
- VMWare ESXi 6.x experience
- Networking experience with TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, Switching, and Routing
- Experience supporting AutoDesk and other popular design software applications
- Scripting and Software Coding Experience
- Antivirus software management
- SonicWALL Firewall Management and Configuration
- Unifi switches and access points
- Bachelor of Science Degree in MIS or Computer Science
- 1-3 years’ experience in help desk role
- A Certification
- Network Certification
