This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to cash and check balancing, invoice research, payment processing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all daily financial activities.
Responsibilities :
- Balance cash and checks
- Research open invoices
- Scan and post checks
- Post cash payments to individual accounts
- Ensure daily deposits are balanced
- Manage credit card payments via email
- Maintain and balance petty cash
- Assist customers with discrepancies and provide invoice copies
- Assist with collecting past due payments
