Customer Care Specialist
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote
Pay : $21.00 - $24.00 hourly
Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
The Customer Care Specialist provide support for the Customer Care Dept. Displays a professional image of the company and provides comprehensive service in a high performance, customer focused environment.
Responsibilities :
- Proven success processing customer orders in ERP system.
- Order to invoice experience in B2B environment.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Assist in placing orders, providing quotes or providing order status via phone or email.
Requirements :
High school diploma / GED minimum
Salary : $21 - $24
