✅ Act as a key onsite business partner, building strong relationships with employees to understand how HR can best support each department.
✅ Support the Corporate Sr. HR Manager and employees in areas such as program administration, employee relations, payroll, safety, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and worker’s compensation.
✅ Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, background/reference checks, job offers, onboarding, and HRIS transactions (PayCor experience preferred).
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to assess role requirements and coordinate interviews.
✅ Conduct onboarding, exit interviews, employee investigations, and engagement activities.
✅ Maintain accurate records for personnel transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and compliance-related documentation.
✅ Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans—serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
✅ Manage vacation, sick leave, leaves of absence, and employee assistance programs.
✅ Ensure compliance with FMLA and Disability claims for assigned locations.
✅ Maintain and update the HRIS database, generating reports as required.
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (preferred).
✔ Experience: 3-5 years in HR, with recruiting and experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment preferred.
✔ Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in HR compliance, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for employee engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
