What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent (100% Remote) position at RemX?
Remote opportunity for an ambitious License Health Insurance Representative. (**ONLY EXCLUDES PST TIME ZONE**)
Ideal candidate will be goal oriented with previous open enrollment experience. Must have an active health insurance license in the state you reside. Must have previous annual enrollment experience. Laptop and headset provided. Stipend for additionally approved work from home items. Equipment will be provided. They will receive a laptop and headset, and a stipend to obtain other work from home items.
**Must have Humana or United Healthcare Experience**
Base Pay is dependent on experience. (Not including commission.)
**FIRST year agents make around $75k. Top agents make up to $150k**
Level 1: $19 - $21
Level 2: $21 - $23
Level 3: $23 - $25
HOURS: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm CST (Full Time Hours Only)
TRAINING: 6 WEEKS
Special Seasonal Hours (8-week open annual enrollment period Oct 15th thru Dec 7th): Extended hours will be required (some associates may work 14-hour shifts). Expected to work weekends (required to work the first and last weekend of open enrollment).
Responsibilities
- You'll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others with Medicare
- The candidate will provide excellent customer service with a mostly outbound call model
- The candidate will need to be a team player
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
Qualifications
- Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
- High speed internet access (>15 mbps)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
