The mission of this full-time position is to source, recruit, interview and hire qualified Financial Advisors to grow the Renaissance Financial Team. This will be accomplished through sourcing applications, fostering meaningful relationships with candidates in all forms of communication, strategizing with the recruiting team and leadership for talent optimization and market reach, and serving as a resource for new Financial Advisors as they become fully licensed and onboarded.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, and interview to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Manage candidate reference checks and background verifications as needed.
- Build and foster external relationships with universities, local organizations, and alumni groups.
- Proactively source and identify potential interns through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Create a positive and respectful candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process, which includes becoming fully licensed through FINRA, for selected candidates.
- Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

Education, Training & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (preferred).
