What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrator position at Renaissance Lakewood LLC?
- Maintain Sales Database: Update and maintain the sales database (CRM system) by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in Leads & Marketing Reporting: Prepare and generate reports on in-bound leads from website, tradeshows, and other sources and track in CRM system. Track metrics from social media, websites, and other marketing activities to show performance and effectiveness of efforts. Provide monthly updates on marketing metrics and leads activity to the sales and marketing team.
- Assist in Sales Reporting: Prepare and generate sales reports, including sales performance, and customer analytics. Provide regular updates on sales metrics to the sales team and management.
- Handle Inquiries and Correspondence: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide information about capabilities and services offered. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments. Assist in establishing CDA’s with new potential customers.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Coordinate Sales Events: Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and provide on-site support when necessary.
- Maintain Customer Relations: Support sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Review market and pipeline to find new potential customers and products to target.
- Review competitors’ sales and marketing efforts to benchmark current efforts, determine best practices, and offer areas for improvement.
- Support social media efforts as needed as well as updating and maintaining company website
- Work with Manager, Sales & Marketing and third-party marketing company to assist in content creation and project management of marketing initiatives.
