We're seeking a driven and motivated full-service hotel Director of Sales and Marketing to lead a team toward unparalleled success. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving top line revenue in both guest rooms and catering, heavily involved in Revenue Management strategies and tactics, while managing and mentoring a team of sellers.

What will I be doing?
- Lead the sales and revenue development efforts for the hotel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Work in partnership with the Revenue Manager and Vice President of Sales to develop, communicate and implement sales strategies, mix of business, digital marketing and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen hotel relationships with key accounts to increase revenues, client satisfaction and community ties.
- Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
- Monitor and develop team member performance, to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward.
- Recruit, interview, and train team members.
- Serve as liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities.
