POSITION PURPOSE:
Requires subject matter expert knowledge obtained through training and experience. Leads project teams to solve complex problems that cross multiple value streams, functions, and businesses. Takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead the development of new supply chains across the value stream (plan, source, make, deliver) for new product and process development. Understands impact and interconnectivity of departments to represent "plant & cross functional" view
-Perform analytics to determine how to best resolve constraints to balance service, inventory and cost; and reviews data to ensure successful implementation and interface with other functions and system
-Analyze, develop recommendations, and lead implementation of continuous improvements to business tools and processes, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
-Provide supply chain strategy insights and influence at the value stream level
DIRECTION OF OTHERS-
Coach others on understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, and use of supply chain tools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor's degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.
-6-8 years combine experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Pro
-Master knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems
-Demonstrates competency to coach others in ERP systems, data mining and data reporting
-Demonstrates knowledge of and coaches others on lean tools including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, kaizen facilitation, A3 thinking, waste elimination.
-Builds strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers
-Identifies unexpressed customer needs and potential products/ services to meet those needs
-Is self-sufficient and motivated to take action and grow and develop
-Provides peer-to-peer coaching and developmental feedback to others
SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
