Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of solar sales professionals
- Recruit, train, and manage a door-knocking team to generate leads effectively
- Conduct in-field training to develop door knockers' skills and ensure high performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets
- Conduct daily meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide ongoing training
- Be actively involved in the field with your team, setting the standard for performance
- Analyze and report on sales metrics to optimize strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by understanding and addressing customer needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solar sales management or a similar role
- Experience in managing and training door-knocking teams is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Proficient with CRM software and sales tools (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to multiple locations in Reno, NV
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability for special projects or peak times
