Renovate Counseling Services LLC is a growing private practice specializing in mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families. With five offices across Northeast and central Indiana, Renovate Counseling serves clients in Whitley, Wells, Adams, Huntington, and Shelby counties and the surrounding areas, and opened a new office in Columbia City, Indiana in fall 2024. Founded in 2016 to meet the mental health needs of those struggling with addiction, marital problems, anxiety, depression, grief, and family-related difficulties, Renovate Counseling has seen a rapid increase of the number of clients it serves and is currently seeking to add an administrative assistant to our Columbia City office.
We are seeking an Administrative Professional (prior office work and medical billing experience is preferred) to join our growing team at our offices in Columbia City, Indiana.
Duties and responsibilities include: Managing scheduling of sessions and counselors; Tracking & Processing payments, making deposits, and invoicing outstanding accounts receivable; Coordinating and communicating with clients and prospective clients through various forms of communication, including phone and email; Handling various marketing and advertising responsibilities as needed and as directed; Navigating and maintaining accurate records related to medical billing, insurance processing, and ongoing follow up in regards to timely processing of payments received from clients and insurance companies; Attending various community functions and meetings and promoting awareness of Renovate Counseling and its affiliates, as directed; Serving as a primary support and contact person between the counseling center director and site supervisor and various elements of the business, such as accountants, attorneys, website hosting agencies, and other entities as directed and as needed; Fulfilling other tasks and duties, as delegated by the director and site supervisor.
