Sales Team – Event Specialist
This Seasonal position will support the Accounts Manager in making reservations and interfacing with customers for their event rental needs. We are experts in the Rental field and customers seek us out for consultation and guidance for their needs. You will learn everything you need to know to educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
- Can effectively provide customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and work with walk-in customers to answer questions and build quotes and reservations
- Communicating with customers about delivery and pick up details
- Place tickets with Miss Dig for tent orders
- Schedule site visits with customers on behalf of managers
- Provide service to customers at Will Call
- Understand general inventory details to assist ordering
- May potentially assist with marketing materials and further event rental coordination
Qualifications and Requirements
- Customer service skills – we are in the hospitality industry!
- Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Computer Skills (2 years Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
- Kalamazoo, MI: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
