Administrative Support Specialist
As the Administrative Support Specialist at Renuven Health Partners, you will be integral in assisting executives, managers, and employees with their daily tasks and administrative duties by providing comprehensive office support. Your responsibilities will include preparing and drafting materials, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting bookkeeping and budgeting functions. The specific duties may vary based on the evolving needs of the team.
Here are some common administrative and clerical tasks you will be asked to perform:
- Providing backup support to other departments and teams when necessary
- Being the first line of communication between internal and external parties
- Collecting and processing client payments and fees
- Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and solving routine concerns
- Picking up equipment, supplies and documents
- Communicating general information to clients and staff members
- Distributing important materials to relevant parties
- Scheduling and canceling meetings and appointments
- Managing the provider coverage schedules.
- Maintaining office activity logs, files and documents
- Performing routine data entry work
- Preparing materials, documents, reports and correspondence
- Answering emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining office inventory supplies and replenishing them as needed
- Using computers to create presentations, transcribe meeting minutes and conduct research
- Anticipating the needs of executive and managerial staff
- Design, organize and maintain SharePoint sites
- Maintain and report on department key deliverables
- Plan and coordinate events (e.g., workshops, celebrations, training sessions, etc.)
- Assist with travel planning and expense statements

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred
- 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be a US Citizen
- Excellent customer service mindset, be a self-starter and ability to manage multiple priorities in support of meeting critical deadlines
- Must maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
