Duties
- Engage with potential clients through direct sales efforts to promote our products and services.
- Negotiate deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Conduct business development activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- 2 years of proven sales experience in home decor and/or retail required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Experience in upselling techniques and account management is preferred.
- Proficient with computers specifically with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to business development and customer engagement.
