Repair Authority is actively looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth through direct sales, account prospecting, and sales support. Your main objective in this role is to seek out new business opportunities within a certain territory. The ideal candidate is energetic and passionate about sales and equally able to build new business through cold calling while prospecting and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a tailored outreach strategy for each lead, focusing on value proposition, developing an initial understanding of their needs, and building rapport.
- Move leads from marketing-qualified to sales-qualified stages by discussing their repair needs.
- Making between 50-100 outbound calls reaching out to accounts, using tailored communication strategies to engage each prospect effectively.
- Effectively communicate solutions for their repair needs, document their current situation, including specific needs and wants they may have, and provide a high-level overview of Repair Authority’s capabilities. The goal is to open the door to how our capabilities might address the lead's specific needs.
- Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between qualified leads and our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition to launch the sales process.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on lead quality and engagement strategies to continuously improve our approach to business development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, communications, and opportunities in the Zoho CRM.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the lead qualification process. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and qualification processes based on insights gathered from outreach activities.
- Developing a fundamental understanding of the Home Medical Equipment industry and our repair capabilities and services we offer in a short period of time will be required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in the Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry is a huge plus.
- Proven track record and demonstrated initiative in driving results.
- Strong focus on servicing each customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
- Ability to successfully build rapport with prospective leads.
- Solid work ethic, goal-driven, creative problem solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire and ability to always provide excellent customer service.
- Strong computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven with a proactive approach to generating new business
