As a Senior Technical Business Analyst you are responsible for driving the overall product strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. You will lead client working sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document the strategic project goals, business requirements, technical and functional requirements. You will work closely with the Engagement Manager, Technical Architect, and Design lead to create solution designs and technical documentation that will info the inform work of the User Experience, Design, and Development teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews
- Provide solution recommendations based on product capabilities, client needs and best practicesincluding creation of high-level solution diagrams and user flows
- Elicit and document business, non-functional, functional and technical requirementsas well as project KPIs
- Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap development, and sprint retrospectives
- Provide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system, and perform UAT
- Identify technical and process-dependencies and assist project manager in meeting deliverable deadlines

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $110,000 - $150,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and / or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
