OPPORTUNITY: hyper growth Heathcare (medical sales) related SaaS company seeks IT manager.
COMPANY: RepScrubs was founded in 2013, profitable in 2020, and now growing at 85% the past 2 years. Technology is the #1 market leader, patented, proprietary, and disruptive. This company has forever changed how hospitals view compliance and infection control at the C-level which is key in all acute care settings. Opening is with the goal of taking existing technology into additional verticals and to prepare for a very possible IPO.
ROLE: this is a IT Manager role. You be charged with technical support, technology customer support, IT production support, field support engineering, and technical operations support. You will work closely with the Founder (ex-Stryker), CEO, President (ex-Philips), COO, CIO, Sales (ex-Stericycle), and Marketing.
SEEKING: no more than 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics CRM 365 online, PowerBI, and Web technologies. Experience with VISTA, User Emails, Software Licensing, IT Equipment Procurement, and Mobile Apps is highly desired and/or preferred. Basic understanding of networks, Ethernet, Cellular Technology, Wi-Fi. Bluetooth, and printers is required ***
EDUCATION: in electronics, electrical, computers, mechanical, industrial - engineering preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS: the ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT production support and be the 1st line of defense for all sales operations as it relates to software, hardware, machines, hospital IT teams for network connectivity. And will have the ability to work with Operations in support of the Field Sales Team.
DUTIES: you will be tasked with production support/customer support/user support. As well as readying machines, loading software packages, configuring files, QC testing, and any other machine reediness task. You will also be responsible for corporate IT support needs for conference room audio-video setup and Maintenace. And you will be required to support systems and attend to calls/emails off hours for urgent production support issues and be on call (24 X 7 X 365) except holidays, company holidays, vacation days, PTO/emergency.
SALARY: $60-80K and negotiable (based on industry standard).
1st YEAR: $100K
BONUS: Yes (TBD)
2nd YEAR: opportunity to be promoted.
Pre-IPO Stock Equity: Can be easily eraned.
