JOB TITLE: HR Generalist
100% Onsite
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements HR experience;
Understanding of employee life cycle, employee relations experience Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? 2-3 years previous HR experience; ideally in manufacturing and/or working with diverse employee groups.
The key responsibilities will be HR Generalist work:
- Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions
- Coordinate EE engagement committee * Posting open positions; supporting recruitment
- Provide weekly onboarding
- Managing Employee Relations issues
- Assisting with offboarding employees; partnering to reduce turnover
Hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
