Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for insurance products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and increase efficiency
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
- Perform user acceptance testing to validate the functionality of new systems and enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all business analysis activities.
