We produce, package, and ship an assortment of frozen food entrees for Private Labels and National Brands for both the retail and food service markets. Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working directly with our sales force and Request Foods customers to meet their specific needs fostering a committed long term relationship. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our company, interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, build sustainable relationships, and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Assist the sales team with strategic account management and decision making, providing detailed data analytics to perform product line reviews and forecasting models.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries running and reviewing reports for large retail partner(s).
- Manage inventory reconciliation within the network of partners overseeing our customer portals set up and maintenance.
- Act as the communication specialist with offsite warehouses.
- Support the sales and finance with invoice communication and unique material write offs.
- Work cross functionally with all departments including shipping, logistics, finance, and quality.

Outstanding communication and people skills are required as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Associate degree in business, communications, or another related field preferred.
- Retail account management experience preferred.
- 3 years of office administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, especially Excel.
Salary : $15 - $21
