Job Description

We are looking for a subject matter expert in the Tradeshow / Exhibit Services industry OR Construction Project Management to lead the planning, execution and delivery of RES client deliverables. We are entering an exciting new chapter in our journey, with 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the Project Management team, set strategic direction, and ensure the successful execution of exhibit projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the exhibit industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty :

• Lead and oversee all aspects of project management for custom exhibits, trade shows, and experiential environments.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Project Management team to ensure they meet individual and team performance goals.
• Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and processes for project management across the organization.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations, design, production, and execution teams to deliver projects with precision and excellence.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost control.
• Serve as a key point of escalation for project-related issues, providing guidance and problem-solving support to the team and clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive innovation, improve operational processes, and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep RES Exhibits at the forefront of the exhibit and trade show space.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes across all project phases.
• Report to senior leadership on project status, team performance, and operational metrics.
• Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to manage large project budgets and drive cost savings without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project oversight.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in project management within the exhibit, event, or trade show industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, internal teams, and vendors at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana) as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, plus bonus and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
