What are the responsibilities and job description for the Economic Research Assistant position at Research & Planning Consultants LP?
Research & Planning Consultants, LP, has an immediate opening for an entry-level economic research assistant. This person will assist other RPC consultants with data analysis and data presentation in expert reports for use in commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, and regulatory proceedings.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. We pay competitive salaries with a potential annual bonus based on the performance of the consultant and the firm. Qualifications: Candidates must have strong quantitative skills. Candidates must read, write, and speak fluent English. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a social science. Experience in healthcare or with medical billing and coding is a plus. The candidate should have experience using advanced EXCEL functions. Experience using SQL, STATA and ArcGIS is a plus. We welcome applications from recent graduates.
Location: This position is located in RPC’s office in Austin, Texas. The job requires very little travel.
