Starting Times Are Monday-Friday 5AM Saturday & Sunday 6AM.
General Purpose:
The Breakfast Attendant safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service with a smile! We want our guests to feel good about their dining experience so that they will tell others and become a loyal customer. We expect and encourage you to go out of your way to talk to guests and find out what their needs are before they have to ask you.
Additional Information:
In order to apply for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Upon hire you must complete the I-9 form within the first 3 days of employment.

Essential Functions of the Job:
· Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends, nights, holidays) to meet hotel/guest needs
· Communicating effectively (i.e. use appropriate language, display proper tone, attitude and body language when communicating)
· Ability to understand and follow instructions as directed by supervisor/manager
· Reporting to work on time and ready to begin your shift (being tardy places an unfair burden on the team)

Expectations of all Employees:
ü Be polite, courteous and helpful to all guests and coworkers, displaying a positive “can do” attitude while maintaining a high level of professionalism consistent with the company values
ü Acknowledge our guests with a smile and friendly “hello.” Promptly attend to guest needs
ü Comply with all hotel policies and procedures, i.e. Employee Handbook, Conduct Policy, Safety Policy, etc.
ü Comply with guest privacy standards
ü Report to your supervisor or the MOD, immediately, all injuries occurring while on duty, no matter how minor. (Fraud, Dishonesty and False Statements regarding an injury will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination)
ü Act as a safety and security agent by identifying and reporting potential risks to guests and/or employees to the Manager or General Manager
ü Arrive to work on time (follow call-out policy), and in appropriate work attire, (uniform, foot wear and name tag) neat in appearance
ü Complete work in a timely manner and meets productivity standards/expectations
ü Keep work area clean, neat, and well organized
ü Demonstrate a team behavior and attitude of working together effectively to accomplish tasks (even if outside specific job duties)
ü Seek approval from management prior to working overtime (i.e. punching in early or staying beyond scheduled shift)
ü Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Greet guests with a warm greeting and welcome them to Breakfast
Ø Prepare food and drinks using the brand approved recipes
Ø Frequently “work the room” to ensure guests are happy and pleased with their meals; be visible to the guests to ensure guest satisfaction, and probe for future business leads
Ø Use Brand designated menu calendar to ensure proper food is served on proper days
Ø Handle guest’s complaints/requests diplomatically by balancing their needs with our business
Ø Rotate F&B stock using FIFO Principles
Ø Ensure food and beverages are handled in a safe manner preventing food borne illness
Ø Properly clean kitchen and dining area throughout meal period and after service
Ø Re-Stock for following shift
Ø Ensure quick and proper storage of deliveries
Ø Perform opening & closing work as requested
Ø Maintain knowledge of current in-house and company marketing programs
Ø Report any repair concerns to the maintenance department
Skills Required:
Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure; demonstrates very good phone skills
Physical Demands:
