Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing phone systems to assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing front desk operations during peak hours.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to guest services.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
