The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics. They will develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product delivery. This includes managing relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. The Supply Chain Manager will also lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead the procurement process, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing supplier performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across the supply chain to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Finance and Logistics, to optimize operations, maximize resources, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, including procurement and inventory control specialists.
