Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with the care team to manage patient care plans.
- Deliver quality patient care with clinical competence.
- Manage time and schedule effectively to meet critical deadlines for charting.
- Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
Requirements
- RN license in the state of employment.
- Graduation from an approved school of practical nursing.
- One year of RN experience with demonstrated clinical competence.
- Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of workday driving to/from patient locations.
- Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
- Skills needed to self-manage time and schedule.
