Key Responsibilities
- Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
- Manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstration and close sales.
- Manage complex sales cycle and influence / persuade various levels of decision-making.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
Qualifications
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with at least 7-10 years staffing experience to join our fully remote Sales team. If you are in search of a niche in the Staffing industry that blends innovation with your experience, this is a great opportunity for you to explore. You will be identifying and closing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and growing our overall US market share. Your primary focus will be to expand our ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) to Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the US. You will also identify and close net new Direct Hire and Contingent professional staffing opportunities.
