Director, Global Pricing

The primary role of Product Solutions Marketing function is to plan, manage and coordinate the introduction of new products into global markets, including formulation of marketing communications plan and product training materials. Key deliverables include working on launch strategies, action plans and toolkits in conjunction with stakeholder inputs and field requirements (professional and consumer). Managing mature products throughout their lifecycle, including post-market support, product improvements and obsolescence. Communicating global competitor activities and products to the product development project teams.

• The primary objective of Product Marketing specialization within Product Solutions Marketing Job Family is to develop specific marketing plan and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
• Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
• Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
• Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organizational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
• Regularly interacts with executives and / or major customers.
• Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
• Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and / or professional roles.
• Leads larger number of employees, multiple sub-teams, or large teams with complex or highly technical responsibilities.
