Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as ServiceNow
- One of the following certifications: CASP , CCNP Security, or CISA
- Active TS/SCI clearance (DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access eligibility)
