Job Responsibilities

• • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments

    A/P

    • Review and verification of invoices, ensure invoices match to purchase orders
    • Entering invoices into accounting system (Sage)
    • Resolving discrepancies
    • Schedule and process payments
    • Maintain accurate record of vendor accounts

    A/R

    • Prepare and issue invoices to customers
    • Ensure accuracy of billing
    • Record and apply incoming payments
