Requirements:
- 8 or more years project leadership across complex IT efforts from initiation to closeout
- Experience in business and systems requirement analysis and documentation
- Experience in scope control, risk management, and issue resolution strategies
- Experience with cloud implementations using state data center services
- Experience with DIR processes and enterprise hosting environments
- Experience drafting and handling procurement materials like RFOs and SOWs
- Experience with implementing projects under statewide standards and compliance models
- Experience with Salesforce in an enterprise systems context
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across diverse audiences
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and tracking of IT projects ensuring alignment with technical and security expectations
- Oversee requirement gathering and documentation for enterprise system implementations
- Coordinate vendor activities, evaluate deliverables, and ensure adherence to standards
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor performance of contracted teams and resolve issues related to quality or compliance
- Guide team members in applying standards and resolving cross-functional challenges
- Communicate updates, risks, and decisions with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams
