Job Duties
- Work closely with sales and marketing to align efforts and drive revenue, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized campaign performance across all channels.
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with broader demand generation goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure the production of compelling, conversion-oriented social media, landing page, and email copy.
- Manage campaigns and analyze performance data to optimize efforts and achieve key business goals (e.g., lead generation, sales pipeline growth).
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
- Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Track and report on key metrics to evaluate campaign success and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, sales funnels, and lead scoring models.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating compelling, conversion-oriented content.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to drive traffic and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and nurturing contacts through the lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
