Regulatory Compliance Coordinator :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
- Support functions in the compliance department including but not limited to :
- Client reporting
- Local and state licensing
- ESAC accreditation reporting requirements
- Manage licensing status
- IRS 8793 requirements and tracking
- Registered agent requests
- Labor statistic reporting and updating SOPs
- The coordinator will frequently use payroll databases to pull information, as well as other accreditation databases and extensive review of state guidelines about PEO operation.
