Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key financial metrics, such as revenue, cost of goods sold, labor costs, and EBITDA.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for leadership.
- Develop dashboards to track KPIs across locations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the creation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Operational Support:
- Provide financial insights to restaurant managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory costs and pricing strategies for alignment with financial goals.
- Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support new restaurant openings, including pro forma financial modeling.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Partner with the accounting team to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3 years in financial analysis, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
