What We’re Looking For:
- Very strong tenure in previous roles — we’re seeking a long-term leader, not a job-hopper
- Proven high-volume restaurant experience — this role requires someone comfortable leading in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Multi-unit leadership with a track record of success scaling operations
- Fast casual and/or QSR background strongly preferred
- Background in franchise operations and new unit development is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality are a must — you treat the business like it's your own
- Highly adaptable, thrives in change, and brings a solutions-first mindset
- Strong operator with experience placing systems, improving P&L, hiring, training, and driving accountability
- Outstanding trainer and motivator, who can build winning teams and drive performance
