Mitigation Field Sales Representative (Mitigation First Responder)

Are you a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping people in urgent situations? Do you excel in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? If so, we want you on our team as a Mitigation Field Sales Representative—what we like to call our "Mitigation First Responder."
At Restoration 1, we help home and business owners recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard disasters. In this role, you’ll be at the front lines, responding to property damage situations, educating potential clients, and driving business growth. Your impact will be felt daily as you guide people through challenging situations with confidence and care.
What You’ll Do:
Meet property owners (residential & commercial) at the site of damage to assess their needs and close deals.
- Follow up on leads from our sales and marketing team, building trust and presenting tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on our services, including water mitigation, fire & smoke remediation, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, trauma cleanup, and reconstruction.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Track sales activity and manage client interactions using our CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the company’s growth in the Greater Austin area.
Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
What You Bring:
Proven ability to close deals and build trust with customers.
- Sales experience (preferred in emergency restoration or related industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads at once.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Willingness to travel within a 60-mile radius of Austin.
- A valid driver’s license.
