General Manager- Restoration Industry
Salary: Bonus structure on the growth of the office location.
Would you like to have the opportunity to influence a company's growth, while also having a career path in front of you? This established restoration company has a need for a General Manager to oversee multiple locations.
The company provides 24-hour emergency response & restoration services in the event of fire damage, water damage, storm damage or other disaster events. We need a strong leader who can help increase efficiencies in processes and procedures for this insurance restoration company. This individual will oversee production teams, sales teams and office personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with division managers to create an annual business plan
- Oversee the management of the Marketing, Production, Mitigation and Construction Services, and Office Divisions
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Assist with planning for and meeting staffing needs
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees
- Coach and mentor employees
- Adhere to annual company budget
- Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensure adequate insurance coverages
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years management experience in a trade or restoration industry experience
- Proficient computer skills and intermediate math skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Knowledgeable at job costing and quality control
