Our requirements for applicants include the following:

• Great communication skills
• Desire to help people live their best lives
• Experience with caregiving or CNA work (transfers, bathing, meal prep)
• Caring demeanor
• Creative problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and coachable.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Be open to shift coverage throughout the day, but specifically between the hours of 7:30am and 11am
• Handling after business hour phone calls in a time matter (additional compensation for after hours answering)
  
  
  

Jobs responsibilities include:

• Acting as an on call CNA or caregiver for call outs
• Caring for clients in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
• Answering phone calls for call offs outside of business hours as needed
• Assisting the scheduler with day to day office tasks one to two days per week
